Me……
Elementary and Secondary education acquired in my homeland of Lebanon and was based on the French educational system.
I received my BA in Sociology and my MA in Pedagogy and French Literature, both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
I have been an educator for 18+ years , going on 9 years teaching here at Broad Run.
My native languages are French and Arabic and I am proficient in Italian.
Prior to entering the teaching profession, I worked for 8 years at USAA as a liability field adjuster.
I am the proud parent of two young boys, one graduating from Georges Mason University and the other one in his second year at Catholic University in DC.
Favorite quote by French writer Antoine de St.-Exupéry
“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.”
