    Kerry Mullane, M.Ed.

    Ms. Mullane is currently in her twenty-third year of teaching.  She has been a reading specialist and a teacher in LCPS for 17 years. Prior to coming to LCPS, Ms. Mullane has taught grades 3 and 5 in Pennsylvania. She holds a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Education as a Reading Specialist from Shippensburg University.

    Currently, Ms. Mullane is a Literacy Coach and responsible for training teachers in grades K-5 in LCPS reading core curriculum,  Lucy Calkins Reader's Workshop, as well as, Writing Workshop. Ms. Mullane team-teaches with grades K-5 classroom teachers to implement Reader's and Writer's Workshop. In addition to this role, she also implements Reading Resource Literacy groups and strategy groups. 

    When not teaching, Ms. Mullane enjoys spending quality time with her children. She also enjoys reading, cooking, painting, riding her bike, traveling, and spending time with her friends. 

    Ro Hochkammer, M.Ed. 

    Mrs. Hochkammer is currently in her twenty-second year of teaching.  She has been a reading specialist and a teacher in LCPS for 17 years. Prior to coming to LCPS, Mrs. Hochkammer has taught Special Education and 4th grade in Frederick County, VA.  She holds a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Middle School English and a Master’s Degree in Education as a Reading Specialist from Shendoah University.

    Currently, Mrs.Hochkammer is a Literacy Coach and responsible for training teachers in grades K-5 in LCPS reading core curriculum,  Lucy Calkins Reader's Workshop, as well as, Writing Workshop. Mrs. Hochkammer team-teaches with grades K-5 classroom teachers to implement Reader's and Writer's Workshop. In addition to this role, she also implements Reading Resource Literacy groups and strategy groups. 

    When not teaching, Mrs.Hochkmamer enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
