Mrs. Makstutis

Hello Roadrunner Families!

I am honored to begin my second year as the Assistant Principal at Rolling Ridge Elementary School. I have spent the past eleven years here at Rolling Ridge Elementary. I previously taught first grade for five years, and then transitioned to the role of Instructional Facilitator for five years. Before relocating to Virginia, I taught kindergarten for the Pittsburgh Public School District.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and earned my undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and my graduate degree from Regent University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, being outdoors, or reading a good book. I have two energetic boys, Camden (6) and Bennett (3), and the sweetest dog, Zoey.

Every child deserves a positive learning experience and opportunities for real-world connections. Together, we can strive to instill a love of learning in all children.

I sincerely look forward to continuing to work with our amazing Rolling Ridge staff, students, and families. Please feel free to contact me for any reason at nicole.makstutis@lcps.org.

See you soon, Roadrunners!

Ms. Makstutis
