*PE MORNING RUN CLUB INFO* 

PE Morning Run Club will begin Tuesday October 8th on the track.  Please make sure your child is signed up through the sign up sheet so we can be prepared for all students. The link to sign up is below! It will be Tuesdays and Thursdays until May from 7:10 to 7:30. Students in grades K-5 may sign up! We will close the sign up Monday October 14th. 

Procedures for Run Club: 

1. Please drop off your child in bus loop. Do not leave your child until you see one of the PE Teachers. We will be standing near the bus loop on the side walk. Please do not drop off your child later then 7:20, since there will be buses entering the bus loop. 

2. Walkers - Please stay with your child until you see a PE Teacher. Please understand there is NO supervision before 7:10. 

3. You may NOT park at the top parking lot to drop off your child.  It is a huge safety issue with the arrival of students and a disruption to the kiss and go line. 

4. Have your child dressed for the weather. 

It is critical that everyone follows the drop off rules for the safety of all of our students. It is greatly appreciated.

More PE Morning Run Club Info....

We are excited to announce the start of our morning running club.  All students in grades K-5 are invited to join the club. The morning running club will be held on the track every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:10 AM to 7:30 AM.  The club will continue throughout the year. We will run inside if there is inclement weather or the temperature drops below 32 degrees. If this occurs, please drop off your child in the bus loop as usual and wait to until you see us on the sidewalk. From there, we will escort them to the gym door. 

The goal the PE Morning Run Club is to promote a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness and to get as many students involved as possible.  We will be recording the laps that each student runs. Let’s see how many miles our Pinebrook students can run collectively!

We would love to see parents join us to run or volunteer.  Volunteers will help record student laps and monitor the students as they run.  If you would like your child to participate, you must provide transportation for your child.  

The running club will start Tuesday morning October 8th and will end in May.  Please click the link below and complete the information if you are giving permission for your child to attend running club this school year. Run with us!
