• Mrs. Anderson is a resource teacher at Newton-Lee Elementary. This is her fourteenth year here and she loves being a part of the Newton-Lee Team! She delivers special education services through a cross-categorical inclusion/resource model. The inclusion/resource model is designed so students will receive most of their services within the general education classroom, but may also involve pullout to a special education resource room when necessary.

Mrs. Anderson grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland but has lived in Leesburg for the past 26 years. She has three boys who attended Loudoun County Public Schools. Mrs. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a master's degree in special education from the University of Phoenix.

Communication is very important to her, and she welcomes your input, questions, and concerns. The school phone number is (571) 252-1535. Please feel free to leave a message if she is not available to come to the phone, and she will make every attempt to return your call during that school day.
