• My name is Rhonda Ready and I am the Speech Pathologist for Mill Run. I have worked at Mill Run since the school opened in August 2000 and I am proud to have been a part of the journey that has established Mill Run as an exceptional school for students and faculty alike. I taught in Prince William Co. prior to coming to Loudoun County.

I received my undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. I received my Master's Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. I completed my Master's Degree in Administration with a Concentration in Special Education Leadership from George Mason University in May 2014.
I live in Leesburg with my family and we really love the area.

I work with students that range from preschool age through 5th grade that have been found eligible for Speech Language services. If you have concerns about your preschooler's speech and language skills (ages 2-4 years) you can contact the Child Find department at 571-252-2180 to set up an appointment for a Speech and Language screening. For school aged students you can contact your child's teacher or a school administrator.

If you have any questions or further concerns please don't hesitate to contact me!
