  • Donna Russell

    Mrs. Russell is happy to be at Potomac Falls for the 2019-2020 school year.  This is her sixth year as a Librarian in Loudoun County public schools after beginning her library career at Lowes Island Elementary School. Previous to that she worked as a Language Arts Teacher at Seneca Ridge Middle School.  Mrs. Russell graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a certification for Elementary Education.  She earned her Master's degrees from George Mason University (Professional Teaching Studies) and Longwood University (School Library Media).  Before entering the education field, Mrs. Russell worked in marketing, real estate, and campus ministry services.  She loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, gardening, running, and her precious pups.  Mrs. Russell is passionate about helping build readers and thinkers!
