• EL Team

    Our  ELL's (English Language Learners) come from all over the world and bring a variety of talents and abilities to our classroom. The ELL Team at Little River will strive to provide academic language support in a nurturing environment with respect for all cultures and backgrounds. To meet the needs of these students the ELL teacher will focus attention on the areas of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. 

    With the changes in the ELL program, there will be ELL Services offered to all ELL students from K to 5th Grade in their classrooms.
    We will use the Push in Model ~ in which teacher will visit regular classrooms and offer assistance in the content areas.
