Mrs. Monica Buchan

I was born and raised in a small town about a half-hour south of Rochester, NY. I earned my undergraduate degree from Fredonia State which is just south of Buffalo. I then earned my masters degree from the University of North Texas---my husband and I actually lived in Dallas the first seven years of my teaching career. We then relocated here to Loudoun County over 20 years ago where we live with our two sons (Fun fact---they BOTH attended Tolbert Elementary AND Ms. Mullen was their teacher!) I enjoy doing so many things with them....like visiting our extended family, traveling to the lake and cheering for our Buffalo Bills!
