The 2022-2023 school year is Ms. Connally's 16th year teaching at FHR. She is looking forward to another great year in third grade. Mrs. Connally is a graduate of Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. She loves exercising and being outside, especially near water. You are going to love 3rd grade!

Mrs. Drude is so excited to begin the school year at FHR! Mrs. Drude earned her Masters in the Art of Teaching from James Madison University. She has been teaching third grade for nine years and is looking forward to her seventh year! Mrs. Drude loves to read mystery books, cook delicious meals, and hike Virginia trails. She is looking forward to meeting her fabulous new third graders!Ms. Jillian Rindt
Ms. Rindt is so excited to join the FHR family and the 3rd grade team! Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Rindt graduated from Towson University with a degree in Elementary and Special Education, and then went on to Grand Canyon University to earn her master's degree in Educational Leadership. This will be Ms. Rindt's 9th year teaching, but her first year in 3rd grade. She has previously taught 1st, 4th, and 5th grades in Montgomery County, Maryland as well as LCPS schools. When not at school, Ms. Rindt can be found finding new adventures with her dog, Nova. Ms. Rindt is looking forward to a wonderful year together!
Mrs. Miller is excited to begin the new school year on the 3rd grade team at FHR! She has been teaching since 2005. She has taught Full-day Kindergarten, Third Grade, and Fifth Grade in Fairfax County Public Schools. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University in December of 2004, where she was also captain of the volleyball team. She and her husband live in Leesburg with their three children. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, especially volleyball, spending time playing outside with her children, reading, going to National’s games, and going to the beach! Mrs. Miller can't wait to meet her new third graders!Mrs. Smith is so excited for another awesome year in 3rd grade! Mrs. Smith is a Loudoun County native and Broad Run High School graduate where she was a teacher cadet. She went on to become a pirate at East Carolina University in NC where she received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. Mrs. Smith has also received her Master's in Mathematics Education from Western Governor's University. Mrs. Smith loves going to the beach, hiking and kayaking with her husaband, playing with her black lab Luna, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Smith is very excited to get to know her new third graders!
