Mrs. Mullan has been an ELL teacher at LCPS since the 2006-2007 school year. After a career in marketing with several telecommunications companies she received her ELL certification through Shenandoah University and earned a Masters Degree in Reading Education from University of Virginia.  She looks forward to working with all our EL students on improving their English language skills and is committed to preparing them for the academic and life challenges ahead.  Mrs. Mullan believes that a close relationship with parents is very important.
