         Mr. Bauer is a native of Sterling, VA. He graduated from Park View High School in 1997. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Greensboro College and a Masters of Education from Texas A&M University. Mr. Bauer played football and baseball while attending Greensboro College.
