• I am so thrilled to be teaching kindergarten again! This will be my 17th year teaching. This is my 7th year at Emerick. I spent many years teaching kindergarten and first grade. I felt it was time for me to get back to my first love, the teaching of reading. I feel very passionate about providing a multisensory approach to learning. I feel my experiences as a mom and a teacher have helped me fine tune what is important for children during the school day. I live in Round Hill with my husband and three children, Charlie, Mary Kate and Mason. My family enjoys as many sit-down dinners as possible, movie nights and breakfast on the weekends. With two working parents, three children and activities, life can get hectic. We try hard to keep balance in every day. As a parent, I know the challenges life can bring. Please know that I am here to support your child and your family to make this the best kindergarten experience for your child! Please do not hesitate to meet with me at any time that you may have concerns. I can’t wait to get to know your child. I am asking parents to write me a letter about your child. You know your child best and I would like to know a little more about them! Thank you for trusting me with your children!
