My name is Bianca Furst and I am the Art Teacher here at Cedar Lane Elementary School. This is my twelfth year being part of the Cedar Lane family. I have my Virginia State Licensure in Art Education PreK-12. I went to Virginia Commonwealth University Graduate School for a Master of Interdisciplinary Arts and I graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education . Through a breadth of classes I have been able to broaden my knowledge which has strengthened my profession as an educator. I have built strong classrooms where my students learn together, respect each other and know each other. I am looking forward to another successful school year where I will be able to spread my passion in art as an inspiration for each student. I can't wait to explore and foster every student's talents here at Cedar Lane Elementary School!
