• Mrs. James

    Maria Quinn James has been teaching high school mathematics in Loudoun County Public Schools for 32 years.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the Pennsylvania State University.  

    She has taught math courses from algebra to calculus over her career.  She served as the mathematices department chair at Dominion High School when they first opened.  She has served as an advisor for the senior class, National Honor Society, and  the Keyettes.  She has coached varsity cheerleading and served as the Activities Coordinator at both LCHS and THS.

    Currently, she is teaching Calculus AB, Geometry and Algebra II.  She is a senior class sponsor and an AVID teacher at Tuscarora High School.  She also serves as a mentor to new teachers at THS.
