Mrs. Blackburn

Mrs. Blackburn has a Bachelor of Arts in History (2003) and a Masters of Education (2006) both from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies).  She has been teaching in Loudoun County since 2007.  Mrs. Blackburn is very excited to be teaching at Tuscarora this year.
