Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Sarah Armel

Hello Wolverines! My name is Sarah Armel and I teach English and Reading at Woodgrove High School. I have been teaching ever since graduating from Shepherd University in 2012. I attended Shenandoah University for graduate programs in both special education and administration. I enjoy being outdoors, around water especially, and spending time with my fur babies! My rottweiler and two cats are arguably the most spoiled animals in West Virginia.

I run the CAMPUS program here at Woodgrove and help first generation college students navigate through the college application process. I am also the Junior Class co-sponser with Jessica Leslie! We take care of fun things like Homecoming week, PowderPuff Football, and PROM!

I look forward to working with each and every student that enters Woodgrove High School and making their days and minds even more bright.

Please reach out to me via email or by calling the school at 540 751 2600.
