Ms. Erin Barrett

Erin Barrett is a native of Loudoun County. She played Division I soccer at College of Charleston and graduated with a degree in Physics and graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a 2010 and 2020 National Board Certified Teacher. She was a November 2020 grant recipient for The Modern Classrooms Project.  She is an April 2021 grant recipient from the VA DOE for Building Science Teacher Leader Capacity in conjunction with VDOE and JMU.  She is a 2022 Edgar B. Hatrick III Scholarship for Future Leaders in Education award winner. This award is sponsored by Loudoun Education Foundation. Ms. Barrett is the lead mentor at Woodgrove, the sponsor for the Academic team and Athlete2Athlete club.  She coached the 2012 and 2013 State Championship Girls' Soccer Team at Woodgrove.
