Ms. Cassandra Donahue
Welcome! Mrs. Donahue is excited to work with all students and teachers at Stone Bridge this year. She is in her 28th year as a teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools. She began teaching English and Journalism at Park View High School in Sterling and moved to Stone Bridge when it opened in 2000.
Mrs. Donahue earned her B.A. in English from Mary Washington College, and she earned her Masters in Instructional Technology, Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University; she completed an additional endorsement in Library Media through UVA/UVA Wise in May 2010.
From 2010 to 2013, Mrs. Donahue served as the English Department Chair and she joined the Bulldog Library Media Center in June 2013. She is currently serving as High School Director for the Loudoun Association of School Librarians (LASL). At school she is co-sponsor of the Library's Teen Advisory Council (LAC) and the Bulldog Readers Book Club.
In her spare time, Mrs. Donahue loves to read, travel, garden and cheer on the Washington Nationals.
