Special Education - Learning Resource
Welcome to the Stone Bridge Learning Resource Department! The members of our department serve many roles within the building and are committed to providing equal access to education for students of all learning types.
This year we have several different CII experiences that our students participate in which helps facilitate and fortify independence within our school community. Our transition teacher, Ms. Cohen will be working with Mrs. Buckley in our students are working within the community at a variety of locations such as Michael's and Loudoun County Parks and Recreation. Ms. Cohen and Ms. Zielinski are working with our students in the student copy center, Paw Prints as well as the Dog Pound Cafe. The Dog Pound Cafe is open as of the second semester and they are selling coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to the Stone Bridge Staff during 1st or 5th blocks on Fridays!
This was the first year for Unified Basketball and the team ended the season with success! We are excited that our Unified Track team will be continuing strong for the second year!
