I love history. I love hearing about it, reading about it, visiting historical sites, and I hope you will enjoy our class. 

I have two sons:  my youngest is nineteen and is a sophomore at Virginia Tech; my oldest is twenty-three and is a graduate of George Mason University. I attended Seton Hall University (which is where I met my wife), and I have been teaching for more than twenty years in Loudoun County.

I love to read, travel, spend time with family and friends, and volunteer in my community.
