Ms. Franklin

    This is Ms. Franklin's tenth year at Smart's Mill. She teaches 7th grade U.S. History (1865-present).  Ms. Franklin previously worked at Douglass School in Leesburg and taught the World History portion of the Saving 9 program.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Albany and earned her teaching licensure from Shenandoah University.
