COURSE DESCRIPTION 7th Grade Modular Program
The Family and Consumer Sciences Module Lab is designed to introduce students to the knowledge and skills that will enhance their life and help them in the exploration of many related career paths. This is a modular program, which delivers the lesson content via computer and is accompanied by "hands-on" activities to allow students to put their learning into practice. Our classroom will attempt to simulate a working environment. Specifically, students will be expected to exhibit appropriate behaviors, meet required objectives and manage time effectively.
COURSE DESCRIPTION 8th Grade Program
The 8th grade program this year has gone green. We will be working on how we can help our communities by recycling and what fun things we can do with what we recycle. The students will be making "Green" bags for grocery shopping also. In addition, students will be working in the kitchen with different foods. Hopefully, this will be a really fun year in Teen Living.
