PFHS Mission Statement

    Instructional Facilitator, Technology

I'm excited to be the Instructional Facilitator for Technology here at Potomac Falls! This is my third full year as IFT, plus I taught earth science for 8 years, so I'm a dedicated Panther. I have Bachelors of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and International Development from American University and a Master's degree in Education from Marymount University.

My husband, Phil Rippa, works at George Mason University. Here's him with our son, Aidan, who attends Riverside HS.
Full disclosure, I am still a total science nerd. I keep a rock hammer in my car, so I can take pictures of cool rocks & get samples from the side of the road as we travel. Here's a pic from Sideling Hill in Maryland. It's a syncline, formed when we collided with Africa 230-240 million years ago! Click on the pic for details.
If you ever need help with ParentVUE/StudentVUE, or have a question about technology at our school, please email me at
