I grew up as a daughter of a Unites States Air Force military officer; as such, I considered The World my "home" until I transplanted into Virginia back in 2006. I have lived in the Philippines, Germany, and six states in the U.S. to include: Oregon, Alabama, Texas, Maryland, Florida, and Virginia. I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Administration. I then continued on to receive additional coursework in English Language Arts to obtain my grades 6-12 VA teaching license. I currently live in Ashburn with my husband - Dustin, son - Easton(15), and daughter - Ivy(10), and our two cats. If you see me around, please feel free to say hello! In my limited free time, I enjoy spending time with my family doing outdoor activities, practicing yoga & meditation, traveling, and reading for pleasure.
