    Education:
     About Me:  I am a third generation teacher who grew up in Atlanta, Georgia (GO BRAVES!) and traveled all over the world with my dad for his work as an astronomer for the Navy. I currently live in Ashburn and share my home with my husband, two cats, and two children, Alan (7), and Mason (2). I love getting to know my students in and out of the classroom. Students often suggest amazing books and I enjoy sharing that with them. When I have some "me time", I enjoy running, baking, and reading. My favorite genres include thrillers, memoirs, realistic fiction, and historical fiction.
