Miss Griffith

Hello!  My name is Leanne Griffith, and I am the gifted resource teacher here at Countryside Elementary.  This is my first year at Countryside, and I'm excited about being in the Cougar family!  Previously, I was a classroom teacher for eleven years.  I've taught third, fourth, and fifth grades, all in LCPS.  I am also an LCPS graduate!  I earned my Master's in Education from Shenandoah University.  I am thrilled to begin this new adventure as a gifted resource teacher.

One of my passions is singing.  When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two fur babies.  I love fall, and I enjoy taking walks in the evenings.  When it's too hot or too cold, I love binge watching some of my favorite shows with my family and Chick-Fil-A.
