Miss McGoran

Welcome to 1st grade with Miss McGoran!

This is Miss McGoran's first year at Lowes Island and 7th year of teaching! She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Duquesne University and is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Go Steelers! Miss McGoran loves to incorporate books and student choice in her classroom and strives to create a welcoming and positive classroom environment. Miss McGoran enjoys spending time with her friends and families and making new memories with them! She also loves to travel and has been to 30 countries! When she is not collecting passport stamps she loves to read, shop and try new restaurants. 

Miss McGoran is excited to get to know all of her new students this year and become a member of the Lowes Island family!
