Hello stars! I hope you had a wonderful summer and spent lots of time reading and relaxing. I am excited to welcome you to fourth grade at Frederick Douglass Elementary School! My name is Ms. Bentley, and I am so excited to be your teacher this year! I look forward to all the wonderful times we will spend learning together! This will be my 11th year teaching. I started at Frederick Douglass in 2013 and taught for five years! I took a year off to be at home with my wonderful son, then taught another five years at Round Hill Elementary School. I am excited to be a star again and to be back teaching fourth grade at Frederick Douglass! 

I live in Ashburn with my son Grayson who has a rare genetic disability and is the light of my life! When I'm not teaching I love to read, cook, play games with friends and family, support the local arts, and watch and play a variety of sports!
