Welcome to 3rd grade! Ms. Frazee is so excited to join the Frederick Douglass Stars! She is a graduate from the University of Mary Washington with her Masters in Elementary Education. Ms. Frazee has lived in Leesburg her whole life. She cannot wait to get to know you and your third grader this year!
