Mrs. Nayeli Selvaraj

I am very excited about being a Bolt this year! I began my school counseling career as a high school counselor in Montgomery County, MD. In Loudoun, I have counseled students at Seneca Ridge and Stone Hill middle schools. For the past 13 years, I have been a school counselor at Buffalo Trail elementary school. I'm excited about reconnecting with my former students and getting to know my new students.

I received my B.A. degree in Psychology and my M. Ed. degree in School Counseling from University of Maryland, College Park (Go Terps!). I enjoy spending time with my family, playing the piano, and reading. I look forward to supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally. I am also thrilled to be a sponsor for Lightridge’s Hispanic/Latinx Student Association (HLSA). ¡Hablo español!
