Hello Hillside!

My name is Sara Metka, and I am so excited to be working with the 4th grade team this year. This will be my 7th year teaching and my second year at Hillside. 

I was born and raised in Florida and lived there most of my life. We moved to Ashburn in 2021 and have been enjoying the change in seasons. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping and being out on the water with my family. 

I am looking forward to meeting everyone and learning together this year.
