                                     Career and Technical Education Teacher

Mr. Johnson joined the staff of Potomac Falls High School in the 2004 -2005 school year, after working for many years in the high tech industries of Computers and Communications.

In the 2009-2010 school year he transferred to Park View High School to join their outstanding staff in the Career and Technical Education Department. He is teaching both Business and Technology courses.

His vast business experience included creative and challenging assignments in the areas of product planning, advertising, sales promotion, and personal selling. Also, from time to time during his career, he had the additional  responsibilities of product distribution. These duties provided Mr. Johnson the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico - a perspective he readily injects into his teaching of Business and Technology classes here at Park View High School.

This hands-on sales and marketing experience is strongly reflected in his teaching philosophy - reinforce classroom knowledge with project-based learning to hone valuable real-life skills.
In his spare time, he enjoys both watching and participating in sports of all kind, with particular emphasis on the game of golf!
