Erika Ogedegbe is a 20 year resident of Leesburg and proud parent of three LCPS students.
Erika has 30 years of experience working in higher education focused on supporting enrollment, access and outcomes for students. She is a strategic leader with a proven track record of successful complex technical and analytics implementations and programs in large, decentralized organizations with a focus on stakeholder involvement, process excellence, innovation, and optimizing human and budget resources.
Erika is the inaugural Chief Data Architect at American University, she was previously the AVP of Student Systems, Services and Analytics at George Washington University and a Technology Program Manager at IBM.
Erika brings her belief in the great power of public schools for individual students and the entire community to her work on the school board.

Committee Assignments: Ms. Ogedegbe chairs both the Discipline Committee and the Human Resources & Talent Development Committee. She serves on the Curriculum & Instruction Committee, Audit Committee and the Student Services Committee. She also serves as the liaison to the Loudoun Education Alliance of Families (LEAF).
