I am excited about being full time at Frederick Douglass again this year. Go Stars!  Growing up in the Winchester area,  I received a BS degree in Sport Management from Shepherd University.  After 5 years of working in banking and finance, I received my teaching credentials and certification from Shenandoah University.  My entire teaching career has been at the elementary level as a Physical Education teacher.  This year will be my 4th year in Loudoun County and my 16th year overall.  

In addition to teaching, I am a certified basketball official for the VHSL.  I also coach my son's travel basketball team.  I am a huge Virginia Tech fan and I serve as a regional Hokie Club President. Go Hokies!
