Ms. Alia Stone

Hello!

I am Alia Stone! This will be my first year teaching here at Lightridge High School and I am thrilled to be a part of the Lightridge family. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in History as well as my Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University (Go Dukes!!!).

This upcoming year at Lightridge, I will be teaching World History and Geography to 1500 and AP World History.

I currently live in Leesburg, Virginia, and when I am not teaching, I enjoy hiking, baking, arts and crafts, video games, and hanging out with my cat, Marzipan.

I am so excited to meet you all and to welcome you to Lightridge. Let's make this school year a great one!
