Ms. Proper is excited to be at River Bend this year as an 8th grade English teacher. 

Ms. Proper has a Bachelors of Arts in Adolescent English Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo and recently moved from New York to Virginia to begin her teaching career at River Bend Middle School. 

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Proper enjoys reading, playing the piano, cooking, paddle boarding, and spending time with family.
