     Expectations and Procedures
    1. Attendance:  Athletes will attend practices, bus departures, and meets on time as specified by coaches. If athletes have schedule conflicts, then they must give coaches one week notice and reason for missing scheduled team activities.  More than three absences will result in a conference with coaches.
This year, in order to support student needs and schedules, we are offering 7:00 AM Friday morning practices to supplement for missed practices during the week.  Absences from practice may prevent athletes from competing in upcoming events.

    2. Attitude: Athletes are expected to work to their full potential and ability at all events and pratices.  Athletes are also expected to always demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship at events and practices.

    3. Questions and Feedback: Athletes are encouranged to take an active interest in their training.  However, any questions, comments, or concerns about the coaches' workout program/decisiosn should be addressed to the coaches before or after practices.

    4. VHSL and Loudoun County rules and expectations apply to all athletes, in addtion to the list above.  Ex:  9:15 rule, drug and alcohol policy, steroid use, etc.
