Tech Assistance

• Students and staff, for technology support (password reset, software issues, broken devices) please continue to call Technology Support Center line 571-252-2112, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM (excluding holidays) or email DDI-TechnologySupportCenter@lcps.org with questions. 

• If the help line refers you to a repair center, please call 571-252-2880 or email Ms. Sarah to schedule an appointment at BUF for Chromebook repair.

• Student Device Take Home Procedures & Information /Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Loudoun El Dispositivo de los Estudiantes que Llevarán a Casa Procedimientos e Información 
• Students leaving LCPS (moving to another district, state, out of country): please return your assigned Chromebook and its original charger (lost chargers need to be purchased) to your school to avoid being invoiced for equipment. A receipt will be issued for confirmation at the time of the return by Digital Experience Specialist.
