Ms. Maldonado

Kristen Maldonado is thrilled to begin her 12th year teaching in LCPS! Prior to working at Countryside, she was a reading teacher and classroom teacher at Meadowland Elementary School. In her early years, she grew up in the beautiful Hudson Valley region in New York. After graduating from SUNY New Paltz with a bachelor's degree in elementary education, she continued her education there, earning a master's degree in literacy.

In her spare time, Mrs. Maldonado enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, walking on hiking trails, and trying out new restaurants.
