Ms. Vaughn

Hello Countryside Community!

My name is Lexi Vaughn, and this will be my first year as a counselor with Loudoun County! I am thrilled to be a Cougar at Countryside on Tuesdays, while serving the Moorefield Station community the remaining days. I grew up attending fabulous schools in the LCPS and FCPS districts, and then I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from George Mason University. I completed my Master’s in School Counseling from Liberty University in May of 2021, and I'm excited to start building relationships with the Countryside family!

Throughout pursuing my education, I worked at a tutoring company as an Elementary Education Specialist. When I am not spending time with students and staff, I enjoy painting, reading, and cuddling/playing with my cats! I have a striped, chonky ball of personality named Pishi; and a silky, grey queen of a cat named Eve. When I want to be more active, I like to play and coach volleyball!

Joining this all-star counseling team for the 2021-2022 school year is an honor, and I eagerly await learning more about your student’s goals and needs. I look forward to meeting you all!
