• Mr. Todd Risser is a graduate of Millersville University (Millersville, PA) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education. He then went on to earn his Masters of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education (Indianapolis, IN) and then a Professional Studies Certificate for Educational Administration and Supervision from Shenandoah University (Winchester, VA).  He currently resides in Winchester, VA with his two kids, Adalyn and Mackenzie, and wife Samantha. This is his second year teaching at Loudoun County High School. Previously, he taught middle school math in Clarke County, VA for 12 years.
