Originally from Honduras, I started my path as an educational professional at age 15 in the Escuela Normal de Occidente, where I graduated at age eighteen as an Elementary School Teacher. I worked for 20 years in the Public School System of Honduras, and after a few years continued my higher education at the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University, where I earned higher degrees in Education and in Administration of Education Centers.
I have worked with Principal for over 27 years, 20 year in my home country and 7 years in the International School of Charlottesville VA. The last 10 years in my country I worked as the Principal of a school, reaffirming my passion and devotion to education in every educational area.
My family and I we moved to USA in 2013. We enjoy spending time together and going camping, visiting historical places, and trips to the beach. We greatly enjoy every changing season and trying foods of different cultures, but overall just being together.
