Mr. Brock Bourassa
Welcome to Earth Science, where we study all sorts of cool things about the planet we live on, and the universe that we are a part of! My name is Christopher "Brock" Bourassa, I have a B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and also studied Tropical Ecology in Costa Rica, with Duke University. I was a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines where I worked in Environmental Education. I received my teaching license through the Career Switcher Program at Shenandoah University.
This is my second year teaching Earth Science at Potomac Falls High School. Previously, I worked at River Bend Middle School supporting the 8th grade science team.
Your success as a student is my priority and I'm always happy to help you out, but I won't know you need it if you don't ask! If you ever need any extra help beyond what you're getting in class, please drop by before school or make an appointment to meet during my planning blocks.
