Mrs. Michelle Sandy

Mrs. Sandy is an EL (English Learner) Teacher at Potowmack Elementary working with 4th grade. Previously a classroom teacher for 11 years, she earned her endorsement to become an EL Teacher in 2019. 

She received her Bachelors Degree from Shenandoah University and a Masters from Liberty University. The 2023-2024 school year will be Mrs. Sandy's 7th year working for LCPS, and 3rd year as an EL teacher at Potowmack. Prior to Loudoun she worked in Prince William County and Warren County.

Mrs. Sandy lives in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley Region with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. 

I am so happy to continue another year at Potowmack! Looking forward to another great year!
