    • First, visit the Student Tech Toolkit to troubleshoot your issue
    • Second, if you can't fix the issue, look for the Support Center icon in your LCSPGo accountsupport center
      • Be VERY specific about the problem.
        • WHEN does the issue happen?
        • WHAT does the issue look like? 
        • HOW have you tried to fix it?  

     

    • Distance Learning Students, please use the Support Center icon to log your issue.  In the ticket, please state you are a DL student.  Then, please email our Digital Experience Specialist, Ashton Chandler to schedule an appointment.
