Mrs. Nicole Seal

Hello Arcola Dragons!

My name is Mrs. Seal and I'm so excited to be at Arcola Elementary School again this year.  I have a Masters in Physical Education, Teacher Education, a BS in Athletic training and Sports and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University and a MBA from DeVry University. I currently live in Middleburg, VA with my husband, boys (Landon (1) and Charlie (5)), two dogs and two cats. I love to CrossFit, read (if I ever have time to), horseback ride/ fox hunt, catch some rays at the beach and spend time with family!

I can't wait to see what this year brings!
