Mrs. Denise Atkins
My name is Denise Atkins and this is my second year at John Tolbert Jr. Elementary School! I worked for Kaiser Permanente for 20 plus years in Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Urgent Care and then switched to substituting in the LCPS clinical role for 2 years before becoming a full-time Health Clinic Specialist. Before coming to Tolbert I was at Forest Grove Elementary School in Sterling. In my free time I enjoy watching hockey and soccer, fishing, reading, and spending time with my husband, Keith; my three girls, Genevieve, Corinne, and Valerie; and my three Siamese cats Mirabelle, Winston, and Sylvie. I am excited to be a part of the Tolbert family.
