Mrs. Toler started teaching art in 2009 and has been teaching art, photography, and graphic design every year since.  She received her Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Frostburg State University with a focus in painting and photography and her Master’s in Art Education from The University of Arizona.  Mrs. Toler also spent a summer studying at the University of Westminster in London.  Teaching art and working with students is her passion but she also enjoys making art in her free time as well as photographing events for her family and friends.
