    At FWS, we strive to:
    • Celebrate diversity and promote cultural awareness to ensure diverse students are represented in all levels of classes, activities, after school clubs, recognition programs, etc.
    • Create an educational climate of mutual respect between staff, students and parents, where students feel safe, comfortable, and have a sense of belonging and self worth.

    How can we promote cultural awareness?

    • Teachers are participating in professional development on Equity.
    • Students are learning about Equity issues through PBIS and the Positivity Project.
